With the right HVAC Technician training, great-paying jobs will be yours for the asking!

As much as we love our state, Arkansas is definitely no stranger to extreme weather. Our summers are long, hot, and humid, and even the smallest amount of winter weather can completely disrupt our lives and routines. But we all take comfort knowing that we can go home, set our thermostat to whatever temperature that we want, and stay comfortable all day and all night while Mother Nature does her worst outside. Heating and air conditioning are something that we take for granted most of the time, but when they’re out of commission, we’re perfectly willing to pay whatever it takes to get them back in action as quickly as possible.

At the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation, we offer HVAC Training programs that are preparing our next generation of skilled trades-persons for a rewarding career. Our Heating and Air Training program is a 2- to 4-year competency-based program focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of various heating and cooling systems, including the importance of the ventilation system. All of our apprenticeship courses are certified by the U.S. Department of Labor, recognized by the Arkansas Department of Career Education, and accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Each Apprentice Program utilizes the NCCER curriculum, which calls for a combination of rigorous classroom instruction, and field experience under the leadership of Arkansas’ top HVAC companies.

Our programs are recommended for career-driven self-starters that enjoy working with their hands and their heads. We operate our training at numerous locations throughout Arkansas, so you’ll never have to travel far, and we’re fully committed to your complete development as a skilled craftsman.
