Our team at the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation is here to help! Our goal is to provide training for construction workers as well as helping to fill the ongoing need for qualified trade professionals in Arkansas. We’ve been in operation since 1994, and offer a lot of great apprenticeships and training opportunities for people who enjoy working with both their hands, and their heads! We offer training for construction, as well as apprenticeships in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electronic Systems Technology, Building Maintenance, and Industrial Maintenance.

Most of our certification programs take 2 to 4 years to complete, and include a combination of rigorous coursework and field experience led by Arkansas’ most skilled professionals. You’ll learn all of the technical aspects of your chosen trade, and so much more! We also make sure that all of our apprentices are fully trained on workplace safety, and we always reinforce the importance of having a strong work ethic. The companies that we work with love to hire our graduates because they know that they’re prepared to contribute on the job site from the very first day!

All of our vocational training programs are certified by the U.S. Department of Labor, recognized by the Arkansas Department of Career Education, and accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).We also currently offer training at multiple sites throughout Arkansas, so you’ll never have to travel far to complete your classes.
