Sprinkler Fitting Apprenticeship Overview

  • Install, test, inspect, and certify automatic fire suppression systems
  • Work with underground supply lines, overhead piping, and standpipes
  • Employer-sponsored program available; contact Executive Director Kathy Fulks to discuss options
  • Hours: RTI: 576 Hours
  • Dates: Fall semester starts the first week of August. Spring semester starts the first week of January.
  • Length of course: Meet once a week for 4 years.

This in-house program trains employees on all aspects of fire suppression system installation and maintenance, providing hands-on experience and technical expertise for workplace readiness.
